Both surgeries are designed and built to allow access for wheelchair users with ramps to the main entrance. Our website offers both Translation and Screen Reader add-ons to help as many of our patients access it as possible and we are always looking to expand on accessibility, if you have any suggestions on how to do this please email them to: kevin.whomes@nhs.net
Forest Surgery is on one level and has toilet facilities suitable for wheelchair users. We had a new automated door installed in March 2022 to improve the ease of getting in and out of the Surgery.
Swan Surgery has designated disabled parking, automatic doors on the main entrance and push-button entry leading to downstairs waiting areas. Toilet facilities suitable for wheelchair users are available on both floors. The surgery has consulting rooms on the ground floor and first floor levels. There is an assisted stair lift between floors, or patients can request to be seen in a ground floor consulting room at the time of booking their appointment.
Swan Surgery is committed to promoting environmentally-friendly travel; we are on Mulleys’ bus service route M33; with the nearest stop to us being “School Hall Lane”; to view the timetable click here
